Meet the Kellers

Brian J. Keller, DDS

Dr. Brian grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. His youth was filled with sports and banging around with his three brothers. His interest in dentistry started with the influence of the family dentist who was a very special influence.  At a young age Mother Keller would drop all four boys off at the dentist’s office and he would drive them home after their regular visits so that he could talk sports and pass out any clippings he saved from the sports page.  Playing basketball for a time at a small college led to a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Creighton University.  He obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry.

While at Creighton he and Dr. Tracie Keller, who was a class year younger, were married in his senior year of dental school.  Brian’s twin brother graduated in the same class and he also married a dentist from Creighton.  In a somewhat unusual decision for the time, Dr.'s Brian and Tracie began a startup practice in Colorado Springs. It turned out to be a wise choice, Keller Dental has been joyfully operating since.  The Keller's have two children. Karlee is a managing partner of a large family law firm. She and her husband, Kris, live in Loveland, Colorado.  Their son, Krey, is married to Sarah and they have two young girls.  Both doctors are part of the Keller Dental team.

Dr. Brian is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Colorado Springs Dental Society, Seattle Study Club, and the Colorado Roots Study Club. He has held several leadership positions at the state and local levels.

Dr. Brian participates in several charitable organizations giving to those in need. For many years he has extended care to the Capuchin Franciscan Friars in the Colorado Springs area with the purpose of giving to those who give to others.  He strives to extend compassion and skilled care to all his patients. For him, it is a great joy and honor see second generation patients with their children.

Dr.'s Brian and Tracie enjoy spending their free time with their grandchildren, golfing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, wildlife photography, drone photography, upland and waterfowl hunting with their dog, Krewe.
